Yueh-Fei Ho/ Management and Marketing communication

Dr. Yueh-Fei Ho currently serves as Chair of the Department of Applied Music and Director of the Office of Alumni and Public Relations at Aletheia University, Taiwan. Ms Ho holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration from National Chung Cheng University and an M.A. in Journalism (Public Relations) from Ball State University, U.S.A. Combining her expertise in business administration and communication with her passion for the arts, Ms Ho offers students in music studies new perspectives that bridge creativity, management, and cultural insight.

Before joining academia, Ms. Ho accumulated extensive industry experience as a news reporter at Super TV News Department, a front desk receptionist at the Grand Hi-Lai Hotel in Kaohsiung, and an Assistant Manager of Marketing Planning at If Marketing Co., Ltd.

Her teaching focuses on Management, Cultural Marketing, Media Relations and Strategy, and International Public Relations and Affairs.

Ms. Ho’s research interests center on emotional labor, organizational behavior, and crisis management, with particular emphasis on how emotions and communication strategies shape workplace dynamics and service interactions in the hospitality and cultural industries.
